A born and raised Mississippi boy, Adam made his way to Durham in 2023 for a fresh start. After being introduced to spin in 2018 and going “absolutely not and never again,” he went back to the bike in 2020 and realized just how fun it could be. A year later he hit the podium as an instructor. The rest is history.

His aim for classes are to be fun, maybe make you laugh a little, and have a good time. Expect a myriad of genres: pop girlies, classic rock, K-pop, instrumentals, video game jams, international artists, you name it.

When not under the purple lights, Adam can be found at home with his dog and cat (Sansa and Arya), playing video games (he juggles several at once, at all times), or grabbing a latte at a local cafe.
