A North Carolina girl through and through, Avery moved to the Triangle in 2024 after graduating from Wake Forest University and growing up in Charlotte. She has always loved staying active—first on the soccer field, and for the past decade, in the spin studio.

She loves the supportive, welcoming community of indoor cycling and feels lucky to have found that at Revel. You can expect her classes to be challenging, encouraging, and including the best SoundCloud remixes.

When not on the bike, you can find her traveling for her job in medical sales, trying new restaurants, or spending time with friends.
